Group examples by service and customer need. For each, state the challenge, your role, the scope, and the deliverable. Get written permission before using customer names, photos, locations, or outcomes; anonymise details where necessary.

Select samples that match the jobs you want and arrange them by service, not by date alone. For each sample, explain the brief, your contribution, constraints, and outcome you can substantiate. Ask the client before naming them or publishing the work, and remove confidential details. Keep a few strong examples current and provide more only when they are relevant to a prospect's question.

Review the portfolio each quarter and remove work that is no longer representative or no longer authorised for display.

Label each sample with service type, date range, and your role. Check copyright and client agreements before reusing plans, designs, or photographs. Do not publish work solely because you still possess the files.

Remove work that no longer represents your capabilities. Use a KobStore page to organise service descriptions and portfolio links; create a business page and share only work you can show.
