Point of Sale (POS) for in-person selling
POS is optional for online stores. Add it when you also sell at a physical counter with cash, M-Pesa or credit. It tracks stock, prints receipts, and keeps a credit book. Tool tiers are Bronze (free), Silver (KSh 400), and Gold (KSh 1,000) per 30-day cycle. Pricing is based on cashier logins and branches, not on how much stock you hold.

Keeping your listings live
Publish your first listing within five days of registering. That listing has a 14-day trial from registration. If you do not publish in time, or when the listing trial ends, the account enters a five-day deletion notice period. Upgrade before its deadline to keep the account and restore eligible listings.
Ad-Free Storefront
After your first 48 hours on KobStore, clearly marked sponsored listings from other businesses may appear on your storefront. Upgrade to a paid plan, then buy this add-on to remove them while it is active. Pay-as-you-go, KSh 5 a day.

How do KobStore sites work?
A KobStore site gives your business a public storefront where customers can browse your product or service listings and contact you. Your published listings appear on Google Search. You can manage your listings and add POS tools for in-person sales, including stock tracking, receipts, and a credit book. Optional growth tools include marketing boosts and campaigns, market knowledge, and an ad-free storefront.
What is free on Foundation, and what costs extra?
Foundation is free and includes up to 10 listings, with one image each. Do you take a commission on my sales?
No. KobStore does not charge a percentage commission on seller sales. Payment arrangements depend on the listing type; check current pricing for applicable plan and add-on charges.
How does the Verified badge work?
Verification is included with any paid plan — there's no separate verification fee. Pay once for the plan and your Verified badge switches on automatically.
