1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using KobStore, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
2. The service
KobStore provides a hosted business portal for sellers and creators. The service may include a storefront, product catalog, marketplace listing, search visibility, WhatsApp and email communications, and dashboard tools for managing products, orders, followers, and promotions.
3. Your account, verification, and content
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for the legal and factual accuracy of your business information, listings, images, and any messages you send through the platform. You may not post illegal, deceptive, counterfeit, misleading, or otherwise harmful content.
4. Payments, plans, and paid features
KobStore offers different registration plans with clear pricing and product limits. Paid plans may involve a one-time signup fee, while other features such as boosts, verification, market intelligence, marketing credits, and renewal tools may each have their own fees. Payments are processed through Paystack and are subject to the prices and terms shown at the time of purchase. KobStore does not hold buyer funds on behalf of sellers, and sellers transact directly with buyers and clients.
5. Messaging and communications
KobStore may send transactional and service-related messages by WhatsApp, email, or other channels. You agree not to use the platform to spam, harass, impersonate others, or send unlawful promotional content. Marketing messages must comply with applicable laws and any platform rules.
6. Your responsibilities as a seller
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate, maintaining secure access to your account, fulfilling orders, responding to leads, honoring your own delivery and payment arrangements, and complying with all applicable laws in your business activities. KobStore is not responsible for your sales, customer disputes, delivery, refunds, or business outcomes.
7. Suspension, removal, and termination
KobStore may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts or storefronts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, or present a risk to other users, our systems, or the public. You may stop using the service at any time, and your access may be affected if your products or account are no longer renewed or maintained according to the relevant plan or feature terms.
8. Limitation of liability
KobStore is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee sales, rankings, visibility, delivery of messages, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, KobStore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform or your business activities conducted through it.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as the product evolves. Continued use of KobStore after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
