Name every item and quantity in the school bundle, including sizes, colours, and any model or specification a school list requires. Distinguish items required by the supplied list from optional extras, and identify the version of the list so the buyer can check whether it is current.
Count the actual bundle before photographing or packing it. If an item is unavailable, offer a clearly described substitute and wait for the buyer's agreement; do not silently change the brand, size, or specification. State whether the bundle is fixed or can be adjusted.
Do not call a kit official or school-approved unless you have authority and current evidence. Show the contents and price basis plainly, and update the offer when a term, class list, or supplier pack changes. The buyer should be able to compare the bundle with the school's current instructions before agreeing the purchase.
