Before quoting furniture transport, ask for the delivery location and whether there are stairs, a lift, tight turns, a narrow gate or restricted vehicle access. Measure the item at its widest point and compare that with the route into the building. For a dismantled item, check both packed and assembled dimensions.
Clarify who will carry the piece, whether the customer must arrange help, what packaging is used and when access can be checked. A photo of the doorway or lift may help the seller assess the route, but ask permission and avoid keeping unnecessary address or household images.
Transport cost and feasibility depend on the actual route and furniture, not only distance. State when a quote is provisional and confirm it after the access details are known. The seller and buyer agree payment, delivery and handover directly; do not imply KobStore supplies a courier or guarantees a route.
