List large furniture, appliances, fragile items, boxes, stairs, lifts, and parking limits. In Nairobi estates or apartment blocks, check move-in booking rules, loading access, and lift availability at both addresses. Ask whether packing, materials, disassembly, reassembly, loading, and transport are included. Confirm the crew size, vehicle type, arrival window, and how additional items or a second trip are priced.
Ask how fragile items are identified and what claims process applies if damage occurs. Browse service businesses on KobStore and request comparable written moving quotes using the same inventory.
