Before packing, repeat the exact product, variant, quantity, price, and agreed collection or delivery arrangement to the buyer. Resolve unclear sizes, colours, model numbers, or included accessories before setting the stock aside. Record any agreed change rather than relying on memory.
Compare the confirmed order with the actual items picked, including condition and package contents. If an item is missing or differs from the description, stop and ask the buyer what they prefer before substituting, changing the amount, or dispatching part of the order.
Keep a private order reference and a record of payment and handover. The seller and buyer agree those arrangements directly; a listing does not process payment or fulfil an order. Update availability after the item is genuinely reserved or sold, using the shop's actual process. Include accessories or substitutions only after the buyer confirms them.
