Group products into categories customers recognise. For each item, record a distinct name, current price, key specifications, options, availability, and one or more clear photos. If some items are made to order or frequently change, say so and explain how a customer can confirm the current version.
Remove duplicates and archive offers you no longer supply. Check the catalogue from a phone: Can a buyer scan it, compare two products, and find how to contact you? Ask someone outside the business to try; their questions often reveal missing details.
A catalogue works best when someone is responsible for keeping it current. Schedule a short weekly check for prices, availability, and broken contact details. KobStore can put products and services on a public business page. Register your business and build your catalogue from the offers you can fulfil.
