The displayed price should say whether it covers the product only or includes delivery, and define the area or conditions if delivery is included. If transport is quoted separately after the seller confirms the destination, show the item amount and delivery amount as distinct figures before the buyer agrees.

Check what the price covers: one parcel or multiple items, ordinary access or stairs, assembly or no assembly, and collection or delivery. A bulky order or a destination outside the seller's usual route may need a separate quote. Do not imply nationwide courier coverage or a fixed arrival time unless the seller can confirm it.

When a carrier or seller-arranged delivery cost changes, update the shared price and any saved message before reusing it. The seller and buyer agree payment, transport, timing and handover directly; KobStore does not collect payment or fulfil the order. A clear scope prevents "delivery included" from being mistaken for every destination or item.
