Identify the fastener type and state diameter, length, thread, head, material or coating, and quantity in each pack. Keep the selling unit clear: a price per piece is not the same as a price per box or carton.
Measure a sample with a suitable gauge and photograph it beside a ruler. Name a grade or standard only when the label or reliable specification confirms it, and list nuts, washers, or other fittings only if they are included.
Store similar sizes separately and check the printed code when picking an order. Fasteners that look alike may differ in thread or intended use, so do not claim they suit a structural load without supporting information. Ask a qualified source about suitability when needed. Confirm whether the amount is per fastener or per package.
