State country of manufacture only when the product label or reliable shipment documents support it. Keep that separate from the country where a supplier is based or the point from which goods were dispatched.
Retain invoices, labels, and supplier records for the shipment in hand, and link them to the batch being listed. Do not infer origin from a brand, accent, shipping route, or a supplier's informal sales pitch. If the available records do not establish origin, leave it unknown.
Origin can matter to buyers, so avoid repeating an unsupported claim from an older listing. Check the current package and documents when a new batch arrives, and correct the public description if it differs. Describe only what the evidence actually confirms. Check each new shipment instead of relying on an old origin note.
