Inspect each garment in clear light and record flaws on the exact piece being sold. Name a stain, repair, fading, loose seam, or missing button and say where it is; a general grade should not hide a visible difference between pieces.
Photograph the whole garment and add a close view of marks or repairs. Keep the images and condition note with that garment's stock record, especially when several similar pieces are listed together. Describe what you can see rather than assigning a grade you cannot explain.
A bale or batch may contain different conditions, so check pieces individually before using one description for all. Update the listing if you discover a flaw after posting. Buyers should be able to judge the actual garment rather than infer its condition from a category label.
