Separate a manufacturer's warranty from the seller's own return, repair, or replacement terms. Name the issuer, coverage period, proof required, and claim route only when the written warranty confirms those details and applies to the item being sold.

Check whether coverage transfers to a new owner and whether the product is new, used, or refurbished. Keep the relevant document with the model and serial record, but avoid exposing a full identifier publicly. Do not imply that a manufacturer promise automatically covers your own sale.

Explain your seller terms separately and do not use them to limit consumer rights that apply. If transfer or coverage is uncertain, say so and ask the maker or supplier before advertising a warranty. Correct the listing when the documents or product status change. Do not suggest that a seller term extends a maker warranty.
