Write down everything included with the product before photographing it: main item, accessories, batteries, manuals, fittings, packaging and any consumable supplied. Add a separate not-included line for installation, assembly, tools or display props that could be mistaken as part of the sale. Match the checklist to the actual package, not an online supplier image.
For a boxed item, open a sample where appropriate and count each piece against the maker's contents list. If one option ships with a charger and another does not, name the exact model and keep each package record separate. Photograph the included parts together and label a sample or illustrative image clearly.
These checks take extra time, but they prevent a buyer from expecting an accessory that was only used in a styled photo. Confirm any separately agreed price, payment, collection or delivery terms directly; the seller handles fulfilment and applicable returns. Update the listing whenever a package or supplier contents change.
