Use the bag label to state the product type, marked weight, grade or type, and batch details that are legible. Do not invent a grade or suitability from a brand name; if a description relies on supplier information, retain the source and identify what it confirms.

Inspect bags before offering them. Set aside torn or damp packaging and note any condition that affects the goods; keep received, reserved, and damaged quantities distinct. Photograph the label and batch marking clearly enough for a buyer to read the information you rely on.

If a supplier changes the batch or delivery date, update the stock record and tell anyone relying on an earlier availability note. Keep incoming goods separate from the amount physically checked, and describe the stored condition honestly rather than assuming every bag has been kept alike.
