A gift-set listing should name every piece, quantity, packaging and any card or wrapping included. Photograph the actual assembled set and separate optional add-ons from the priced contents. If ribbons, flowers or props are only styling, label them so the image does not promise them as part of the offer.
Count each component before packing and keep variants separate when colour, size or contents differ. For custom messages, confirm spelling and the permitted character limit with the buyer before preparing the card. State whether wrapping is standard or an extra arrangement, and check the finished set against the order note.
A neat set can still disappoint if the customer expects an unlisted accessory. Confirm availability, price, collection or delivery, and any change request directly before payment. The seller handles packing, handover and applicable returns; revise the listing when a component is substituted or discontinued.
