Give the exact title, author, publisher, edition or year, and any ISBN printed in the copy. Use these details rather than a cover image alone so a buyer can compare the book with the edition they need; do not imply it is prescribed without current confirmation.

Describe the actual copy's condition: note highlighting, writing, loose or missing pages, and any absent supplement. Photograph the cover and copyright page, and make sure those images belong to the edition being offered. If the cover photo is only illustrative, identify it as a reference and show the book for sale separately.

When two copies have different wear, keep their notes and availability separate. A short inspection of the page block and included materials before listing helps prevent a used copy from inheriting another copy's description.
