Assign responsibility for confirming catalogue changes and note when each price, photo, specification, and quantity was checked. Prioritise products that change quickly, and do not keep an old offer active simply because replacing it takes time.
When a supplier, batch, or physical item changes, compare the new stock with the live description and replace only the details that no longer match. Archive superseded information for internal reference, but keep the public offer focused on what is currently available.
After an edit, open the customer-facing listing and confirm that the right image, price, and option appear together. If only a few versions can be verified, publish those rather than filling the catalogue with stale or uncertain details. Review whether any older links still show a superseded price or unavailable variant. Confirm that every public link opens the same current version.
