Give each physical garment a distinct stock record, even when several pieces share one style. Link them under a style name for browsing, but keep size, colour, condition, and quantity clear so a single used item is not mistaken for several available units.
Use the same size and colour wording on shelf labels, stock notes, and the listing. Check the remaining pieces after a counter or online sale, and pause only the option that has sold out rather than removing other sizes.
A style page can explain the cut or fabric, while each available variant needs an accurate count and price. Do not copy one garment into several offers unless each record represents a real, separately available item. Reconcile records when stock moves between storage and display. Check the actual shelf quantity before a size is reopened or shared.
