Check each garment against the order and make sure it is clean and dry before folding. Button or secure trims where appropriate, fold around delicate embellishments, and protect light-coloured fabric from contact with dirty outer packaging.

Use packaging that fits without compressing the garment so tightly that prints, pleats, or structured pieces are damaged. Keep separate orders apart and attach a discreet reference rather than a buyer's full contact details. If gift wrapping is not included, say so before the buyer agrees.

Match the packed size and colour to the order note, then close the parcel and record the handover through the seller's chosen process. Packaging can protect fabric but cannot correct a wrong variant or hide a flaw; check the actual item before sealing. Avoid sealing damp clothing, which can cause odour or damage.
