Check each glass item for chips, cracks, and loose components before wrapping it. Wrap pieces separately and use dividers or cushioning so glass surfaces cannot strike one another when the parcel moves. Protect handles and stems without putting pressure on fragile edges.

Fill empty spaces to limit movement and choose an outer box suited to the size and weight of the set. Pack the actual quantity being sold, and keep display pieces or spare items outside the parcel unless they are included in the offer.

Photograph the packed set for your private handover record and agree any special packing cost with the buyer before dispatch. Mark the parcel when the carrier accepts handling labels, but do not treat a fragile sticker as a substitute for protective packing or a guarantee of careful transit.
