Photograph the exact device in good light and include the connectors, model label, and any visible damage. Use a close-up for small markings and a wider view to show where each port sits; keep the model and image linked to the right stock record.
Place a ruler beside a small accessory when dimensions help, but state the measured size in the text as well. Photograph with the device safely powered off where appropriate, and avoid showing private supplier documents, customer data, or an identifier that does not need to be public.
A manufacturer image can explain a standard design but cannot prove the condition of your unit. Label a reference image as illustrative and add a current photo when the model, package, or wear differs. Check the final image at full size before publishing.
