A wholesale line sheet is a dated reference for retailers, not a promise that every item is currently available. Give it a version date and a contact route for confirming stock and terms.
List each product name and code, available variants, unit or case quantity, and an image that represents the goods or is clearly labelled as a sample. State minimum order and mixed-case terms only when they apply.
Separate indicative wholesale pricing from a confirmed offer. Identify whether an amount is per piece, set, or carton, and explain which details a retailer should confirm, such as availability, delivery, and payment arrangements.
Keep negotiated buyer-specific terms out of the general sheet. After a supplier, package, or price change, replace the shared version and retire old copies so they are not mistaken for current terms.
