State the print's medium, paper size, image area, and whether a frame or mount is included. Identify an original, reproduction, or open edition accurately; use an edition number only when your records support it. Keep the price tied to the size and version pictured.

Photograph the actual print in even light and include a close view of the surface, edges, signature, or numbering where relevant. A room scene can show scale, but label the frame and props if they are not part of the sale. Note that screen colour may differ from the print.

Keep edition records with each copy and do not call a print limited or unique without a documented basis. When the paper or finish changes between runs, give each version its own description and availability rather than carrying forward an earlier specification.
