Crop or retake dispatch photos so the product and packaging remain visible without showing a buyer's label or home address. Collect only details needed for an agreed order, and keep contact and delivery records accessible only to staff who need them. Use a clean product-only image whenever cropping would leave a visible identifier or make the item unclear.

Review each image at full resolution before posting; a small label can remain readable after a photo is resized. Remove location metadata where appropriate, keep handover evidence in a controlled business record, and delete unnecessary copies under a clear retention practice. Avoid sending raw label photos to social feeds or people not involved in delivery.

Kenya's Data Protection Act and current ODPC guidance inform how a seller handles personal data. A customer's permission to share one image does not remove every privacy duty; use product-only photos when consent or a safe crop is unavailable. Handle requests to correct or remove an image promptly while retaining records required for the transaction.
