Show the maker's product name, size, batch code, and printed expiry or other date when relevant. Photograph the label and intact seal on the actual unit or batch; never estimate an unreadable date or reuse an older package image as proof.

Keep lots with different dates separate and rotate stock according to maker instructions. Record the received date and source, and set aside broken seals, leaking containers, or incomplete labels until the supplier clarifies their status. Store sealed goods as directed and keep opened testers apart from retail stock.

A sealed box alone does not prove authenticity, safety, or a particular effect. Tie invoices and supplier documents to the batch and check current Kenyan requirements for the exact product. Avoid medical or performance claims not supported by the label or reliable evidence. Tell the buyer which date or batch information you verified.
