State the paint type, finish, container volume, and colour code as shown on the label. Keep the tin sealed if it is sold as unopened, and photograph the actual label and packaging. Distinguish a factory colour from one mixed or tinted by a seller.
A screen swatch is only a reference; lighting and batches can change the appearance. If the buyer needs a close match, suggest checking a physical sample where practical rather than promising that an online image reproduces the applied colour exactly.
Keep batch details with the stock and disclose whether tinting, tools, or application are included. Quote supported-surface information from the maker, not from a similar product. Check the container and label before handover, and revise the listing if the colour or formulation changes. Keep tins from different batches separate when colour matching matters.
