Define the result, response time, appearance, accuracy, safety, documentation, and handover expected for each service. Use examples and measurable checks where possible. A standard should describe what the customer receives, not only what staff should attempt.
Review complaints, returns, delays, and repeat work against the standard. Train staff and update the standard when equipment, suppliers, or customer needs change. Do not promise a quality level the business cannot inspect.
KobStore can help a Kenyan provider explain the service scope and expected result publicly. Internal standards then make the promise consistent in practice.
