Keep bagged materials dry, stable, and separated by product and batch until collection. Inspect packaging for tears, dampness, or other damage, and move compromised goods out of saleable stock until their status is clear.
State the marked weight per bag and the number of bags in the offer. Use safe stacking and lifting practices, and confirm the buyer's vehicle or collection arrangement can handle the actual quantity. Follow maker handling instructions rather than guessing from the product name.
Do not describe a torn or damp bag as intact. Keep the stock protected from moisture and record any damaged units separately. Recheck the quantity and packaging at handover, and agree how loading or transport will be handled before confirming the order. Recheck the stack before loading so damaged bags are not supplied by mistake.
