Keep a simple, anonymised note of the product questions your own customers ask, such as dimensions, compatibility, pack size, or collection arrangements. A question may show that a listing leaves out a detail, but it does not prove that many other people want the product.
Group similar questions and check the answer against the actual item, label, or supplier record before changing the page. Add the missing fact in plain language, then share the corrected listing when it helps that buyer compare the offer.
Review whether the change reduced confusion in later conversations, but treat the result as a clue from your own shop only. Do not use a few enquiries as evidence of general search demand, likely sales, or a market-wide preference. Keep the wording factual and avoid inferring why someone asked.
