Write alt text to explain what a particular image adds beyond the product title. Name the visible view or detail, such as a side pocket, port, clasp, or label, and use plain wording rather than repeating a list of search phrases.

Describe only what the image shows and what you have verified. One image may show the whole item; another may show a close-up of a feature or a visible mark. Keep descriptions distinct so a screen-reader user can tell why each image is present.

Do not put sales claims, hidden specifications, or details that are not visible into alt text. If an image is decorative and adds no product information, follow the site's accessibility guidance for handling it. Review the text when an image or product variant changes. Do not duplicate the caption when it adds no visual information.
