KobStore Foundation listings remain live for 30 days. When a listing expires, the product may still be in your shop, but the public offer is no longer active. Review the dashboard's expiry warning before that happens and first check whether the item is still available, accurately priced and worth keeping in the catalogue.
Choose the renewal method deliberately
Individual listing renewals are free through Stock. If you need to renew a larger catalogue at once, the bulk renewal option is paid at KSh 20 per 100 listings held. Check the current pricing and the number of listings included before using bulk renewal; the individual free renewal and bulk option have different terms.
Do not renew a stale listing simply to keep it visible. Confirm physical stock, current KSh price, photos, description, variant and collection or delivery details. Remove or update sold, damaged or discontinued items so an expired product does not return with incorrect information. Prioritise offers you can actually fulfil and that remain relevant to customers.
Make expiry review part of stock work
Set a weekly reminder to review upcoming expiries alongside reservations and counts. If a product is no longer available, correct its status; if a new batch differs, update the details before relisting. Paid promotions and optional tools are separate from renewing an individual Foundation listing.
Renewal keeps an accurate offer active; it does not guarantee search placement, customer enquiries or sales. Confirm current feature terms in the KobStore dashboard and pricing information before purchasing a bulk option.
