A small-business sales funnel is the path from someone discovering your business to becoming a repeat customer. Start with discovery through Google, referrals, social content, local partnerships, or a campaign. Send that attention to a clear storefront or offer page.
The next step is evaluation. The customer checks your offer, photos, price, location, proof, and terms. Make contact simple through WhatsApp, phone, booking, or order. Respond with the information needed to decide instead of sending a generic greeting.
Then deliver reliably and record the outcome. Ask for a review or referral after a successful transaction, and follow up when a repeat purchase or service reminder is relevant. Measure where people drop out: the page, response time, price explanation, payment, delivery, or after-sale contact. Improving one stage at a time makes the funnel more useful than adding more channels.
