Provide the flight number, arrival time, destination, passenger count, and luggage. For Nairobi pickups, specify whether you mean JKIA or Wilson Airport; pickup instructions and routes differ. Ask how the driver tracks delays, where you will meet, how long waiting is included, and what extra time costs. Confirm vehicle size and child-seat availability if needed.
Agree on the total fare and payment method in advance, and verify the driver and vehicle details before entering. Browse transport services on KobStore and confirm the route, pickup instructions, and fare directly.
