A business description should answer three questions quickly: what do you offer, who do you serve, and where can customers get it? Avoid opening with vague claims such as "we are the best" or "quality is our priority." Those statements do not help a customer decide.
Use a direct structure. Start with the main product or service. Add the location, service area, or customer type. Then explain one or two practical advantages: same-day delivery, custom sizing, installation, repair support, flexible appointments, or stock availability. End with the best next step, such as viewing the catalogue, calling, or sending a WhatsApp message.
For example: "We repair and service washing machines in Nairobi and Kiambu. We handle common home and commercial models, provide clear estimates before work begins, and offer scheduled visits. Send a message to describe the fault and arrange an assessment." This is specific, useful, and easy to reuse on a storefront, Google profile, social page, and directory listing.
