A product description should remove the questions that stop a buyer from ordering. Start with what the item is and who it is for. Add the features that affect the buying decision: dimensions, material, colour, compatibility, quantity, condition, warranty, care, and what comes in the package.
Use plain language and specific facts. Replace "high quality" with the material, construction, warranty, or test that supports the claim. State delivery areas, estimated timing, and return terms where relevant. If the product is made to order, say how long production takes.
Use short paragraphs and bullet points for scanning. Match the description to the photos and keep the price current. Do not copy supplier text without checking it; copied descriptions often contain details that do not match your stock. A clear description helps the right customer buy faster and reduces avoidable questions after the sale.
