A network interruption should not force a shop to stop serving customers or lose the day’s records. An offline workflow lets the seller capture the transaction and synchronize it when the connection returns.

KobStore’s POS keeps a pending offline sale queue and prevents the same sale from being recorded twice when it syncs. The seller should still confirm payment and resolve any rejected transaction when the connection is restored.

Offline support is continuity, not permission to ignore reconciliation. Check the synced totals at the end of the day.
